1、不要熱插拔線
1. Do not hot plug the cable
功放類千萬不能熱插拔信號線，尤其是HDMI線，雖然理論上HDMI線支持熱插拔，但實際中因為熱插拔燒壞功放輸出模塊的實例非常多，我們的售后服務人員手中就經常碰過到類似產品燒HDMI的情況。

因為，信號線在設計發(fā)送接收芯片時，采用的抗靜電保護電路一般都只能耐5-8千伏靜電電壓，但是實際生活中，如果環(huán)境干燥，同時又有產生靜電電壓的條件，有可能產生上萬伏的靜電電壓是常見的。

在設計考究的源端和顯示端，一般都會犧牲一些電容余量而配置ESD保護電路。但是有的機器為了節(jié)省成本而沒有ESD保護電路，就可能在帶靜電HDMI線插入時燒毀芯片。
In the well-designed source and display terminals, ESD protection circuits are generally configured at the expense of some capacitance margin. However, some machines do not have ESD protection circuit in order to save costs, which may burn the chip when the static HDMI cable is inserted.
2、開關機前把音箱音量開到小

功放芯片怕大(瞬間)電流直接沖擊，因此音箱開聲時好把音量開到小然后再開機，開機后可以正常調大音量。關機時也同樣先調小音量再關電源。
The power amplifier chip is afraid of direct impact of large (instantaneous) current, so it is better to turn down the volume when the speaker is turned on, and then turn it on again. After turning it on, you can normally turn up the volume. Turn down the volume before turning off the power.
3、避免日光直射

音箱大部分是木制結構，木皮飾面，長期陽光直射，會使木紋起泡，嚴重的音箱箱體變形產生裂縫。所以，盡量不要把音箱放在窗戶或者陽臺邊。如果實在沒有辦法，也應該給音箱蓋上遮陽的罩子，聽時再取下。
Most of the speakers are made of wood, with wood veneer. Long term direct sunlight will make the wood grain blister, causing serious deformation and cracks. 4、發(fā)熱量大的后級不要音箱放的過近

導致功放后級發(fā)熱量大的原因是音箱的輸入阻抗小于功放的輸出阻抗，建議可以在功放里加個風扇散熱，同時后級不要和音箱放的過近，功放好不要開到大聲，這樣不但聲音不好聽還有燒喇叭跟功放的危險。
