一、音響地線分布的注意細(xì)節(jié)
1、 Pay attention to details of distribution of sound ground wire
1、有一些電路既有小信號輸入端，又有大信號輸出端，而通常輸入，輸出的均由面板交割。如果輸入與輸出都有接地點(diǎn)的話，它們的接地端務(wù)必分別用導(dǎo)線到公共地線上，而不能共用一根接地線。
1. Some circuits have both small signal input terminals and large signal output terminals, and usually the input and output are delivered by the panel. If both the input and output have grounding points, their grounding ends must be connected to the common ground wire by wires, instead of sharing one grounding wire.
2、如果在實(shí)際的電路布接中，各級的接地元件多，不可能將這些元件都穿入一個穿線孔中，而是將本級接地元件盡可能就近安排在公共地線的一段或一個區(qū)域，也可以從地線上引出接地分支或接地島。
2. If there are many grounding elements at each level in the actual circuit layout, it is impossible to put all these elements into a threading hole. 3、地線布局的合理與否決定：地線中的電流是否流經(jīng)了與此電流無關(guān)的其他電路或部件。

4、在安排大功率音頻輸出級，由于輸出功率塊和濾波電解電容等元件體積較大而需裝在板外，就應(yīng)將這一些元件的接地點(diǎn)與本級的板內(nèi)電路的接地元件做到一點(diǎn)接地。

5、地線的分配應(yīng)該以地址中的電流為依據(jù)，既互不相干的電流不能合用一根地線，允許在一根地線中通過的電流不能用地線分開。

二、當(dāng)有各種信號通路和輸出導(dǎo)線到板內(nèi)布線時，為了防止寄生耦合，應(yīng)做到下列幾點(diǎn)：

1、信號線在排版時應(yīng)避免相互靠平行排列，特別是在處理內(nèi)跨線和雙面印制時，要注意使兩面的導(dǎo)線呈垂直或交叉，不能平等。
1. The signal wires shall not be arranged in parallel with each other during typesetting, especially when dealing with internal cross wires and double-sided printing, the wires on both sides shall be vertical or cross, and shall not be equal.
2、各級間的信號走線越短越好。
2. The shorter the signal routing between stages, the better.
3、遇到板內(nèi)需平等設(shè)的信號導(dǎo)線，應(yīng)使這些導(dǎo)線盡可能間隙一定的距離，或用地線，電源線隔開，達(dá)到屏蔽的目的。
3. In case of signal wires that need to be set equally in the board, these wires shall be spaced as far as possible, or separated by ground wires and power wires to achieve the purpose of shielding.
4、各級電路在排列時，要按照信號的順序排列，不能迂回或級排列，這樣可避免各級之間的信號線相互跨越。
