一、會(huì)議室總體方案設(shè)計(jì)觀念

會(huì)議室/課室內(nèi)布局應(yīng)大氣而樸素，能真實(shí)地體現(xiàn)當(dāng)場(chǎng)人物和大會(huì)自然環(huán)境，使與會(huì)人員有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)感、一體感以做到視覺(jué)效果、語(yǔ)言溝通交流的顯著成績(jī)。遠(yuǎn)程控制會(huì)議室/課室中傳輸?shù)膱D象包含人物、景色、數(shù)據(jù)圖表、文本等，應(yīng)清晰可辨。遠(yuǎn)程控制會(huì)議室/課室內(nèi)要維持事項(xiàng)的溫度、環(huán)境濕度、室內(nèi)通風(fēng)度，使與會(huì)人員覺(jué)得舒服、當(dāng)然。

二、會(huì)議室合理布局規(guī)定

為了更好地保證多媒體會(huì)議系統(tǒng)圖象的收看實(shí)際效果和避免顏色對(duì)人物拍攝造成的“絢麗”或“返光”實(shí)際效果，電視背景墻應(yīng)采用單一勻稱的淺顏色，而多媒體會(huì)議系統(tǒng)室其他墻面、餐桌布、毛毯、吊頂天花板等應(yīng)與電視背景墻相符合，電視背景墻不適合應(yīng)用中畫(huà)幅。提議桌椅板凳及墻面采用淺卡其色或淺青藍(lán)色。桌椅不適合采用布藝沙發(fā)式，也不適合采用高椅背，防止遮擋后邊的與會(huì)人員。
